PuraNavya™ is a professional cleaning of rigid frame panel filters with a controlled Dry → Wet → Dry process. Designed for manual operation and ready for semi-automatic or fully automated cleaning cycles.

It is a purpose-built cleaning station for panel filters combining multi step manual or semi automatic cleaning enclosed unit. Simply removes the dust, oil, grease and built up particulate matters driving restoration like a new filter extending filter life and cutting replacement costs.. Can be custom made up to 3ft x 4 ft x 2 ft filter cleaning station.

Re-Engineer Filter Performance

PuraNavya™ is engineered for controlled cleaning of reusable panel filters used in industrial ventilation, air filtration and process air systems. The enclosed cleaning station supports a sequential cleaning process. Contaminants are loosened and removed while the optional wet or dry scrubber helps manage the extracted contaminated air and cleaning residues.

The system can be supplied as a simple manual workstation or customized with automation for repeatable cleaning cycles and higher productivity. The process runs in three stages: an initial dry blow-down to remove loose dust and debris, a wet wash using a scrubber to break down oil, grease, and embedded particulate, and a final dry-down stage to leave the filter ready for reinstallation.
